Biography: Jonathan M. Herbst is a founding member of Pro Football Syndicate, LLC, where he currently serves as Vice President and General Counsel. In this capacity, Jon is responsible for handling all the company’s legal matters and is also able to assist the company’s clients with certain legal issues.
Jon is a graduate of the University of Delaware (B.A., 1999) and the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D., 2003). Jon maintains a private law practice at the Towson firm of Royston, Mueller, McLean & Reid, LLP, where he has been an attorney since 2007.
He focuses his practice on business and real estate transactions, as well as business and commercial litigation. He regularly represents businesses in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, including commercial leases, employment contracts and stock/asset purchase agreements. Jon also has experience handling criminal and serious traffic cases.
Jon is actively involved with various charities and community groups, including his current role as the President of Sports Boosters of Maryland, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that raises money for local youth athletic organizations. Biography: Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Isaiah worked in marketing and promoting events for the Cleveland based company Eighty81. He helped promote events for numerous athletes and entertainers such as Ted Ginn Jr, Shaquille O'Neal, and Donte Whitner. Isaiah also worked for Next, a premier lifestyle boutique located throughout the greater Cleveland area. At Next he worked as an event planning like annual fashion show, and co-managed the Next online blog/website. In 2010 Isaiah moved to Manhattan, Kansas to support his cousin who played football at Kansas State University. In Kansas Isaiah worked with Kathouse LLC doing marketing and event planning. He coordinated profitable events for former K State athletes, such as Daniel Thomas of the Miami Dolphins. Isaiah also joined Ls1 Entertainment, a company that plans and executes children's Football/Basketball camps for their professional athletes as well as other events. One of the camps Isaiah worked on was the William Gay youth football camp in Gay's hometown, Tallahassee, Florida.

Born and Raised in Little Rock, AR. Josh committed to the University of Arkansas in 2007. Attending the U of A in the fall of 2008 where he played Wide Receiver. Josh has been able to translate his on the field football mentality into off the field marketing. Specializing in off the field Marketing and Management Josh has previously worked with Athletes such as Tight end D.J. Williams, WR Randall Cobb, RB Dujuan Harris, Tight End Brandon Bostick, all from the Packers. Josh worked with WR Jarious Wright for the Vikings, and Joe Adams WR for the Panthers. Josh is well connected with NFL athletes. He understands athlete & industry!
