Dr. Jenkins shares his amazing history such as his encounters with JFK. He is the author of a letter written to Senator Thomas Dodd in 1962 addressing the selection process for public school administrators. The senator shared the recommendations of Jenkin’s letter with the sitting President of the United States, John F. Kennedy, and recommended that the letter and the senator’s remarks be admitted unanimously into the United States Congressional Records.
Following the dodd effect there was so much more instore for dr. jenkins over the course of a huge career.

Dr. Jenkins was also a successful entrepreneur having owned and operated an electrical company called Jedi Enterprises, Inc. During the latter part of his career, he served as director of minority business programs for two government agencies.
