In addition to your training program, you will also be provided a customized nutrition plan that has been developed by a registered dietitian. Your nutrition plan is a well-balanced combination of macro and micro-nutrients and does not incorporate and drastic reductions of fats, carbohydrates or protein. All Premier Health & Fitness nutrition plans are designed to be sustainable by providing variety and refusing to incorporate any fads or illegitimate methodologies. Our goal is not only for you to see results now, but maintain your results and continue to see improvements in your appearance and overall health for years to come.
This is not a one-size-fits-all facility. We offer programs that fit your specific fitness goals and current ability. From beginner to advanced, fat-loss to muscle gain and physique to performance, we have you covered! As a rule of thumb, if it's a shortcut, it's a waste of time and/or money. We won't promise you results in 20 minutes a day, 3 days per week. We also won't tell you that you can do it in your living room with a few light dumbbells. Why? Because we would ultimately be lying to you. Sure, you can make small amounts of progress with limited tools and minimum time; but we aren't trying to make small progress. If you are going from a completely inactive and unhealthy lifestyle, any small change to your eating and activity habits will yield some initial changes; but they will be short lived and plateau quickly. As will your motivation.
