We have a full array of group exercise classes in our beautiful aerobic studio with shock resistant floating wood floor or in our spacious Spinning room on our NXT Spinners. Our Men's and women's locker rooms are filled with amenities like showers, dry sauna, hair dryers, lavish shampoo, body wash and conditioner. We offer a wide range of tanning options for our clients who seek to improve their skin tones. Luxurious Day Spa is set and ready for your pleasure all hours of operations. Lastly our Wellness Center with board certified physicians provide Weight Loss Programs at elite levels.

Premier Health & Fitness features the latest technology in cardiovascular and strength training equipment by Precor® We have plenty of cardiovascular machines including treadmills, elliptical trainers, advanced motion trainers, step mills, recumbent bikes, upright bikes and rowing machines so there's no waiting around for equipment. All of our Precor® Cardiovascular Machines feature the P90 Consoles with Preva® Networked Fitness System so that you can track your progress on an ongoing basis as well as television monitors for cardiovascular entertainment.

Premier Health & Fitnessis dedicated to both strength training and functional training! Our strength training equipment includes both the Precor® Discovery Series and Icarian® Strength Series making Rock Fitness Center one of the most fully equipped strength training gyms in Broward County. To round out our strength training area we offer tons of free weights including plate-load machines, preset barbells and dumbbells. Our functional training area features the LifeFitness® Synergy 360 Multi-Station Functional Trainer that includes exercise stations for TRX® Suspension, medicine balls, kettlebells, resistance bands, pull-ups, abs, and several selectorized functional attachments.
